What you will do

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities in B2B/Enterprise SaaS
• Define and maintain product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals and OKRs
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and clear specifications
• Provide product training and competitive insights to sales and channel partners
• Represent the company at industry events and foster strategic relationships with key accounts
• Monitor industry trends and champion data-driven product improvements and innovation

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Belgrade, Serbia
• MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years in SaaS product management, preferably B2B/Enterprise
• 8+ years in sales, marketing, or product management with leadership experience
• Strong presentation skills for external audiences and stakeholder alignment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to have

• Familiarity with IoT, telematics, or fleet management
