Account Executive (SaaS): Selling the full hirify.global platform to small and mid-sized businesses to solve business problems and grow revenue with an accent on AI CRM and value-based selling. Focus on managing full-cycle sales, acquiring net new logo accounts, and delivering compelling ROI narratives to C-suite executives.

Location: Must be based in Vancouver, British Columbia (Hybrid/Remote options mentioned)

Salary: CAD 59,340 – 90,850 per year

What you will do

  • Sell the full hirify.global platform or specific cloud solutions to new and existing customers within assigned accounts.
  • Identify customer business challenges and map hirify.global solutions to create demand and drive revenue.
  • Act as a strategic partner to customers, focusing on value-based selling and measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of executive-level business drivers to influence decision-making.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle sales experience.
  • At least 1 year in a field sales role with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Proven experience in managing existing accounts and acquiring net new logo accounts.
  • Experience selling directly to C-suite executives.
  • Ability to construct a business case and deliver a compelling return on investment (ROI) narrative.

  • Ability to position yourself as a trusted adviser to customers.
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations tailored for executive audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across large, extended internal teams.
