Location: Hybrid with presence in San Francisco office at least 25% of the time
Salary: $280,000 - $350,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Build and lead a team of Startup Account Executives implementing startup ecosystem sales strategies
- Design and execute regional or segment-specific sales strategies aligned with company initiatives
- Develop scalable sales processes ensuring responsible AI deployment
- Collaborate with partnerships, developer relations, and account management teams for coordinated execution
- Create sales enablement programs to articulate Anthropic's value proposition to diverse stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth through pipeline development, territory planning, and resource allocation
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years experience in emerging technology sales with 5+ years leading sales teams
- Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and high-growth technology companies
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales organizations
- Experience building relationships with accelerators, incubators, and venture capital firms
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven strategy and forecasting
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and team development skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
