Manager Solution Advisory: Leading and mentoring a team of Solution Advisors supporting the DACH sales organization with an accent on delivering technical demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales enablement. Focus on coaching, operational execution, and driving value-based sales methodologies.
What you will do
- Manage and mentor a team of Solution Advisors across the MEE region, fostering growth and professional development.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to design tailored demonstrations highlighting ’s value.
- Ensure effective, value-based demos and proof-of-value engagements.
- Create feedback loops between customers and product teams to influence product priorities.
- Support recruiting and onboarding of new team members.
- Track team performance aligned with regional sales targets and adopt consistent sales methodologies.
Requirements
- 5–7 years experience in software/SaaS industry with 2–3 years in presales leadership or senior presales role.
- Strong background in enterprise software presales, ideally B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to coach and develop presales talent.
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment across multiple geographies.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and business audiences.
- Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies.
