What you will do

• Own post-sale client relationships and become a trusted partner for a portfolio of hirify.global’s clients.
• Manage client campaigns, analyze performance data, and drive value through hirify.global’s AI platform.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase client engagement and revenue, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure client feedback shapes product development.
• Track key success metrics (ROI, conversion, growth rates) and report on client outcomes, proactively addressing issues.
