What you will do
- Own strategic account relationships with high-value customers.

- Lead renewal conversations ensuring high retention rates.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Several years in account management or expansion-focused roles at a B2B SaaS company.
- Excel at building relationships with stakeholders from staff accountants to CFOs.
- Understanding of accounting workflows and financial operations.
- Effective communication skills for QBRs and influencing decision-makers.
- Collaborative spirit to work with various teams for customer outcomes.
