What you will do

• Lead tailored demos for high-value and enterprise accounts, shaping strategic narratives aligned with customer needs.
• Translate complex accounting workflows into simple, compelling product stories for finance leaders.
• Support Account Executives with technical strategy, objection handling, and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide field insights to Product, GTM, and Marketing teams.
• Create scalable demo assets, playbooks, and internal tools to grow the Solutions Engineer function.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work on-site in San Francisco, USA.
• 4+ years accounting experience with deep understanding of close processes and reconciliations; CPA certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Proven ability to lead complex B2B SaaS demos and navigate enterprise sales cycles.
• Technical proficiency with ERPs (especially NetSuite), APIs, and financial integrations.

Nice to have

• Big 4 accounting or SaaS finance operations experience.
• 2+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as sales engineering or solutions consulting.
• Experience with multi-entity or multi-currency accounting.
• Familiarity with financial systems integrations and automation tools.
• Basic SQL query skills for product or business analysis support.
