What you will do

  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent from hedge funds, trading firms, and elite technical organisations.
  • Screen and assess candidates for both technical excellence and cultural fit.
  • Drive pipeline activity, facilitate debriefs, and ensure seamless candidate experiences.
  • Negotiate offers and close world-class talent in competitive markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and timelines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a heavy focus on backend roles in high-performance engineering environments.
  • Agency background working with trading firms, hedge funds, or HFTs.
  • Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche, in-demand skill sets.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ATS tools, reporting, and data-driven recruiting practices.
