What you will do

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting for national field sales roles, including sourcing and offer execution.
  • Directly manage and develop a team of recruiters through coaching and performance feedback.
  • Partner with GTM, executive, and TA leadership to align on hiring plans and talent strategy.
  • Oversee sourcing efforts across job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals to build diverse pipelines.
  • Ensure recruiting systems and data remain accurate, using insights to improve performance.
  • Drive a high-quality, consistent, and transparent candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven success leading high-volume recruiting teams within high-growth startups, specifically for sales or GTM.
  • Strong analytical and operational instincts using data, dashboards, and funnel metrics.
  • Exceptional communicator with executive presence and influence.
  • Outcomes-driven mindset with persistence in identifying and closing top talent.
