SR. Technical Lead

What you will do

• Manage multiple software development projects across different methodologies from initiation to closure.
• Define overall project approaches during pre-sales and planning phases, including timelines, budgets, scope, and risk management.
• Oversee day-to-day operational and tactical delivery for multiple or large-scale client projects.
• Manage client interactions, expectations, business needs, and executive-level communications.
• Review high-level deliverables and implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures.
• Resolve delivery issues and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and client relationships.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing software development projects.
• Technical understanding of web development and software development.
• Proficiency in Agile software development management methodologies and Scrum.
• Demonstrated success managing programs and projects of comparable scale.
• Experience presenting to and managing expectations with C-level executives and SVPs.
• Experience leading and coordinating remote teams, managing estimates, schedules, status reporting, issue resolution, and work effort.
