What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage talent development, employee engagement, and performance management programs.
• Lead project management for engagement surveys, pulse checks, performance reviews, quarterly check-ins, and interim reviews.
• Partner with People, Operations, Analytics, Communications, and organizational leaders to execute HR programs.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using employee feedback, survey metrics, and data-driven insights.
• Develop executive messaging, communication strategies, manager resources, SOPs, and leadership toolkits.
• Maintain the annual People Strategy Roadmap, define KPIs, track milestones, and lead quarterly strategy reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience focused on project or program management or HR business partnering.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business strategy into audience- and data-driven people programs.
• Strong project management, milestone planning, stakeholder engagement, and metrics-tracking skills.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with CultureAmp, UKG, or Monday.com.
