Small Business Account Manager (SaaS): Driving revenue growth and fostering long-term partnerships within the small to medium-sized business customer base with an accent on exceeding monthly Net Dollar Retention (NDR) targets and proactive identification of expansion opportunities. Focus on building strong client relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, and acting as a trusted advisor to ensure customer success and retention.
Location: Remote (USA)
Salary: $117,500 OTE annually

What you will do
- Drive revenue growth and exceed monthly Net Dollar Retention (NDR) targets within your assigned SMB portfolio.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure customer adoption, address needs, and identify growth opportunities.
- Minimize churn and maximize retention by delivering value and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Develop a deep understanding of client businesses to uncover opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide accurate weekly revenue forecasts and maintain CRM hygiene.
- Advocate for , demonstrate product value, and communicate customer feedback to the Product team.

Nice to have
- 2-3+ years of proven success in a quota-carrying Account Manager or Account Executive role, ideally within the SaaS industry.
- Strong computer skills, with previous Gong, Slack, Salesforce, SalesLoft, and/or experience.
- Proven ability to accurately forecast revenue and contribute to reliable business projections.
- A consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving measurable results.
- Familiarity with the SMB market and its unique challenges and opportunities.
