Senior Business Systems Analyst (R&D Quality Assurance)

Senior Business Systems Analyst (R&D Quality Assurance): Consulting with the R&D Quality Assurance functional area to develop an understanding of complex business needs supported by enterprise quality management systems with an accent on system evolution and user influence. Focus on developing detailed business user requirements, system documentation, and workflow procedures.

Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite/2 WFH

Salary Range: $117,957.00 - $122,000.00 per year.

What you will do

• Consult with the R&D Quality Assurance functional area to develop understanding of complex business needs.
• Determine how changing Quality Assurance business needs will affect the system.
• Provide ideas and recommendations regarding the evolution of the system.
• Conduct research and analysis into the nature, effect, and results of system problems.
• Develop detailed business user requirements, system documentation, and workflow procedures.
• Ensure current and accurate system documentation and coordinate testing of system modifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or similar STEM related field; 5 years of application and/or computer systems development experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in systems development, implementation, and operation of large-scale IT solutions.
• Experience working independently within a matrixed corporate environment.
• Must provide examples of developing detailed business user requirements and system documentation.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience is acceptable.
