What you will do

• Build strategies considering clients’ roadmap and challenges, aligning with Customer Success teams.
• Advise strategic clients on technical topics, including performance best practices and hirify.global multidimensionality concepts.
• Run audits on client workspaces to optimize their hirify.global experience.
• Enhance Success Plan offerings to maintain industry standards.
• Identify product enhancement opportunities through collaboration with Product & R&D.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical, client-facing role.
• Comfort and confidence in client-facing interactions with client administrators or C-Suite executives.
• Strong EPM modeling experience.

Nice to have

• Ability to quickly identify technical challenges and communicate solutions to clients.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects with internal & external stakeholders.
• Experience with finance processes or other use cases (such as supply chain, SPM, Workforce).
• Experience in data analysis, data flows & connections (SQL, API).
