TL;DR

Sales Professional (HCM): Selling HR, payroll, and benefits products and services to new clients, increasing the client base and driving revenue with an accent on identifying customer needs and presenting hirify.global solutions. Focus on prospecting new clients, securing referrals, and closing deals through virtual and in-person interactions.

Location: Hybrid in Fort Mill, South Carolina

Salary: $75,000 - $150,000 (includes base pay plus commissions)

What you will do

  • Identify customer needs and present hirify.global solutions to key stakeholders through in-person or virtual interactions.
  • Schedule appointments and visit potential referral sources to secure end-user referrals.
  • Prospect for new clients and referral sources via telephone, direct mail, seminars, and local marketing programs.
  • Analyze customer needs to determine appropriate products and refer to relevant parties when necessary.
  • Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints efficiently.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma - Required
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • 7 years of experience in relevant professional sales.
  • 5 years of experience in HCM industry.
  • Experience carrying a sales quota.
  • CORE HCM provider experience.
  • Experience working with mid-size businesses or larger.
  • Driver's License - Required
