TL;DR

Senior Representative I, Customer Solutions (Atlassian): Driving short and long-term sales opportunities, focusing on solution selling using Atlassian products to deliver transformational services to customers. Focus on building lasting customer relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and exceeding sales targets.

Location: Hybrid in Metro Manila, Philippines. Preferential consideration will be given to candidates based locally to the country’s office. This position is not eligible for visa assistance/sponsorship or relocation assistance.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and partners by understanding their needs and solving their problems.
  • Generate leads, manage pipeline, update forecast, develop and execute account plans.
  • Close opportunities to achieve sales targets and follow up with customers regularly.
  • Maintain CRM and accounts plans for customers and prospects.
  • Host product demonstrations, webinars, and other online events to educate customers and prospects.
  • Illustrate the value of hirify.global's products and services to create growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of closing large complex enterprise deals; Atlassian technology knowledge and experience is a huge plus.
  • Proven track record working in B2B environments/marketplaces.
  • Experience in developing strategic customer relationships and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work hybrid and visit customer's office as required
