Location: Remote. Must be based in WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, VA, CA, or NC. If in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, hybrid attendance on Tuesdays & Wednesdays is requested.

Salary: Target Pay Range: $171,700–$209,800 annually. Full Pay Range: $129,800–$242,200 annually.

What you will do

• Lead the Content Management System (CMS) modernization initiative, including RFP, vendor selection, and roadmap execution.
• Design and implement technology solutions that enhance member experience across digital platforms.
• Take ownership of the Automated Pre Screen project, integrating the Experian platform and collaborating with data teams.
• Establish and manage domain-specific architecture standards, processes, and constraints.
• Work closely with business, product, design, data, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Oversee simultaneous solution development efforts and support future marketing initiatives such as personalization using tools like Adobe Target and CDP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience designing and implementing technology architectures, including managing delivery of multiple simultaneous complex technology solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in cloud native technology including microservice architecture, Restful APIs, and massively scalable designs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of technologies and modern architectural hosting, security, and risk management concerns (IAM, access control, monitoring, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, and containers).
• Familiarity with the Microsoft infrastructure and solution stacks operating in on-premise, cloud, and hybrid hosting environments.
• Deep understanding and experience working within Lean/Agile/Scrum methodologies, including SAFe.
• English: B2 required
• Location: Must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, VA, CA, or NC.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Certification in LEAN, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL principles.
• Working knowledge of architectural frameworks such as The Open Group, NIST, ISO 19xxx, BizBok, or Gartner.
