Focus on leading major initiatives such as CMS modernization and enabling seamless collaboration across business, design, and data teams to deliver real value.

Location: Remote, must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, VA, CA, or NC. Washington state residents within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila are requested to come into HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

Salary: $171,700.00-$209,800.00

What you will do

• Lead the digital transformation of hirify.global’s member experience by designing and implementing innovative technology solutions.
• Design and implement technology solutions that enhance member experience across digital platforms, including online banking and mobile apps.
• Take ownership of key projects, such as Automated Pre Screen, integrating Experian platform and collaborating with data teams.
• Establish and manage domain-specific architecture standards, processes, and constraints.
• Work closely with business, product, design, data, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Oversee simultaneous solution development efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required; advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience designing and implementing technology architectures required, including experience managing delivery of multiple simultaneous complex technology solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in cloud native technology including microservice architecture, Restful APIs, massively scalable designs, digital platforms; experience with implementations of large-scale initiatives required.
• In-depth knowledge of modern technology service architectural hosting, security, and risk management concerns, including IAM, access control, monitoring, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, and containers required.
• Deep understanding and experience working within Lean/Agile/Scrum methodologies required; scaled agile experience such as SAFe required.
• Must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, VA, CA, or NC.

Nice to have

• Certification in LEAN, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL principles.
• Working knowledge of architectural frameworks such as The Open Group, NIST, ISO 19xxx, BizBok, or Gartner.
