TL;DR
Staff Solutions Architect (MarTech): Leading the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions that transform ’s digital member experience with an accent on modernizing marketing platforms and streamlining member interactions. Focus on leading major initiatives such as CMS modernization and enabling seamless collaboration across business, design, and data teams to deliver real value.
Location: Remote, must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, VA, CA, or NC. Washington state residents within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila are requested to come into HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
Salary: $171,700.00-$209,800.00

What you will do
- Lead the digital transformation of ’s member experience by designing and implementing innovative technology solutions.
- Design and implement technology solutions that enhance member experience across digital platforms, including online banking and mobile apps.
- Take ownership of key projects, such as Automated Pre Screen, integrating Experian platform and collaborating with data teams.
- Establish and manage domain-specific architecture standards, processes, and constraints.
- Work closely with business, product, design, data, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Oversee simultaneous solution development efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required; advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience designing and implementing technology architectures required, including experience managing delivery of multiple simultaneous complex technology solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in cloud native technology including microservice architecture, Restful APIs, massively scalable designs, digital platforms; experience with implementations of large-scale initiatives required.
- In-depth knowledge of modern technology service architectural hosting, security, and risk management concerns, including IAM, access control, monitoring, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, and containers required.
- Deep understanding and experience working within Lean/Agile/Scrum methodologies required; scaled agile experience such as SAFe required.
- Must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, VA, CA, or NC.
Nice to have
- Certification in LEAN, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL principles.
- Working knowledge of architectural frameworks such as The Open Group, NIST, ISO 19xxx, BizBok, or Gartner.
