TL;DR

Senior Enterprise Sales Executive (Hrtech): Selling HR, payroll, and benefits solutions to new clients by developing new client and broker relationships, and increasing the client base to drive profits. Focus on identifying optimal solutions, consulting with potential clients, and achieving monthly and annual sales quota.

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $75,000 - $150,000

What you will do

  • Drive sales execution of existing broker partnerships to increase channel productivity.
  • Consult with potential clients to determine optimal solutions and accommodate specific business needs.
  • Present hirify.global products and services to potential clients in person and by phone.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with assigned referral sources.
  • Manage individual accurate monthly and quarterly forecast.
  • Record all sales activity and results in SFDC in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma – Required; Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • 2-6 years of experience in HCM industry – Preferred
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment without direct daily supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Driver's License – Required
