TL;DR
Regional Sales Manager (Sales): Leading sales efforts and developing strong relationships with partners and customers in Western Canada, with an accent on promoting Axis products, solutions, and services. Focus on developing and executing regional business plans, identifying new opportunities, and providing expert knowledge on network cameras, access control, and video management software.
Location: Onsite in Calgary, Canada. Remote candidates will not be considered.
Salary: $137K-$153K CAD

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and existing customers to offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute a regional business plan to exceed sales targets.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Conduct site visits, technical product demonstrations, presentations, and educational events.
- Promote Axis solutions to integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users, collaborating with Technology Partners.
- Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, and other promotional sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience being a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the region.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in technology, security, or related industry background.
- Strong technical background with experience in cameras and computer networks.
- Design application capabilities.
- Axis Certified Professional.
