Location: Remote / Hybrid (Edmonton, Winnipeg, Calgary). Must be based in Western Canada (Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba)

What you will do

  • Manage engagements with new and existing customers across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, arranging meetings with potential partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and alarm receiving centers (monitoring stations).
  • Deliver product and commercial training to business partners to ensure effective solution deployment.
  • Develop and implement market and vertical strategies for Ajax security solutions.
  • Support marketing events and represent the brand at industry exhibitions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience specifically within intrusion, CCTV, or access control solutions.
  • Deep understanding of industry standards, distribution channels, and market sectors.
  • Technical competence with security products and a data-driven approach using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for managing high-level business partnerships.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel 1-2 weeks per month.
  • Availability to cover the Western Canada territory.
