What you will do

• Problem-solve technical hurdles facing our largest strategic accounts and propose effective product implementations for each customer.
• Configure demo instances and automate integration requests for enterprise customers.
• Drive improvements around data quality, reliability, and demo instances to improve customer conversion rates.
• Develop and deploy new integrations for customers to integrate hirify.global with their ERP and HRIS systems.
• Drive Product, Design, and Engineering roadmap.
• Ensure superb customer experience from the first interaction through closing to onboarding and activation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of software engineering experience preferred.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale.
• Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.
