TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Providing proactive technical support and ensuring customer success for premium clients on an AI-native cybersecurity platform with an accent on customer advocacy, problem-solving, and technical issue resolution. Focus on onboarding new customers, developing best practices, and driving timely resolution of escalated cases.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical contact and augment customer support teams.
  • Onboard new customers and ensure their success through health checks, training, and best practices.
  • Act as a customer advocate with internal stakeholders to document and assess feedback.
  • Engage with customers from SOC to C-suite and research technical issues.
  • Escalate issues to management and lead cross-functional groups for resolution.
  • Create knowledge base content and support sales in identifying expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with Windows Server Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and cutting-edge infrastructures.
  • Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal), and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional fluency with the English Language.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • CISSP or ITIL Certification.
  • 3+ years of Customer Success/Support/Technical Account Management experience in a SaaS organization.
  • Deep expertise in Linux and Mac platforms.
  • Python Scripting and RestAPI experience.
