Technical Account Engineer

Technical Account Engineer: Helps customers understand best practices, maximize value, and drive ROI from 's SaaS analytics platform with an accent on strategic adoption, complex problem-solving, and technology enablement. Focus on hands-on customer assistance, executive engagement, proactive monitoring of customer health, and risk mitigation.
Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom; occasional travel (10-15%) for customer and corporate visits required.

What you will do
- Provide advanced technical expertise and consultation to customers to maximize 's value and drive ROI.
- Facilitate training on advanced features and practices, aligning with customer usage and business outcomes.
- Identify financial and adoption risks within accounts and create plans to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with the account team to formulate and implement strategies for customer growth and value expansion.
- Vigilantly monitor customer KPIs, proactively address deployment issues, and drive product roadmap suggestions from feedback.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and monthly health check calls, maintaining a proactive strategic presence.
Requirements
- Extensive SaaS experience in a technical role managing multiple customer accounts (e.g., DevOps Engineering, SOC analysis).
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability in managing relationships across various levels, from technical practitioners to executives.
- Professional and clear communication skills for both executive meetings and technical workshops.
- Familiarity with Cyber Security frameworks and their applications in the secure DevOps Lifecycle.
- Ability to work with uncertainty and proactively seek necessary support.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in or similar monitoring platforms (e.g., Splunk, Data Dog, Elastic, New Relic).
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud services.
- SQL or similar query language skills.
- Experience in monitoring and alerting in security, operations, or SecDevOps settings.
- Kubernetes expertise (including HELM) and data analytics knowledge.
- OSS skills in Otel, Prometheus, and Falco.
