What you will do
- Define operational priorities in partnership with marketing leadership, aligning with broader GTM and business goals.
- Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Implement and maintain lead lifecycle processes, including scoring, routing, and multi-touch campaign attribution.
- Build standardized dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor and analyze marketing performance.
- Reconcile and track against the marketing budget and forecasting, working closely with finance.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including integrating AI to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing operations or revenue operations within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Proficient in lead lifecycle management and comfortable mapping complex system flows.
- Data-driven with experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with finance and revenue operations.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and pragmatic, able to balance precision with agility.
