• Lead transmission strategy for ERCOT and other U.S. energy markets.
• Conduct load flow analysis and nodal production cost modeling.
• Integrate transmission strategies across various AES teams.
• Assess network impacts and deliverability risks for projects.
• Manage project-specific assessments from development to interconnection.

Requirements

• Deep experience in transmission planning and market operations.
• Proficiency in power flow analysis tools and nodal production cost modeling.
• Experience with ISO/RTO/TO Transmission Planning and Generation Interconnection.
• Ability to communicate complex technical content effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
