TL;DR

Government Operations Analyst (National Security): Support product operations team in fulfillment and customer service for privacy-focused cellular network with an accent on mission-critical deployments for government customers. Location: Washington, DC. Must hold an active Secret clearance (minimum) with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI.

What you will do

• Assume end-to-end accountability for operational outcomes in Government/National Security stream, ensuring mission success.
• Serve as Tier 2 technical SME for post-deployment issues, troubleshooting complex hurdles with engineering and partners.
• Lead tactical deployment and fulfillment of hardware/services, including integration and onboarding.
• Execute end-to-end QA for weekly releases across devices, OS, and networks, blocking high-risk deployments.
• Develop SOPs and playbooks for internal/external use to scale government program support.
• Maintain high-tempo agility for projects, surges, and critical mission windows.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years in technical operations, mission support, or similar in military/law enforcement/national security
• Active Secret clearance (minimum), eligible for TS/SCI
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in high-pressure technical environments
• Exceptional multitasking in high-volume workflows with precision
• Lead high-stakes technical communication for commanders/stakeholders
• Proven aptitude for managing personnel and optimizing systems

Nice to have

• Tactical logistics/supply chain experience (CONUS/OCONUS)
• Mobile app testing (iOS/Android), regression testing, bug reporting
• RF communications, LTE/5G, cellular architecture knowledge
• Government agency procurement/security experience
