What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of automotive sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and maximize revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key automotive OEMs and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and agreements with customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Proven success leading regional or global sales teams and managing complex commercial negotiations.
- Deep understanding of Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS), manufacturing processes, cost structures, and supply chain dynamics.
- Strong strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to develop and execute global customer strategies.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
