What you will do

• Communicate regularly with the client to understand their needs.
• Transform business requests into consistent requirements specifications.
• Gather and prioritize requirements with the team.
• Facilitate refinements to ensure on-time service execution and high-quality software delivery.
• Prepare documentation, including user stories and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Manage the product backlog, including requirements management, prioritization, and validation.

Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Deep understanding of SDLC.
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst.
• Strong negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills.
• Skills in analyzing and documenting requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage BA processes.
