What you will do

• Identify customer needs and present hirify.global solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential referral sources to secure end-user referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources through various marketing programs.
• Analyze customer needs, determine appropriate products, and refer to the appropriate party when necessary.
• Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork and weekly activity reports.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 7 years of experience in relevant professional sales.
• 5 years of experience in HCM industry.
• Experience carrying a sales quota.
• Driver's License - Required
