Field Application Engineer: Providing technical service and support to prospects and customers, with a focus on PCB Design and Data Management. Focus on improving product adoption, customer retention, and increasing the positive perception of the hirify.global brand.

What you will do

Perform technical discovery engagements, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.
Create and deliver technical content to assist sales & marketing campaigns.
Grasp client technical and business challenges, establishing credibility with prospects, customers, and partners.
Reduce the sales cycle by helping the Sales Team drive the sales process.
Expand sales pipeline within targeted accounts and serve as the main technical liaison.
Drive adoption and values behind hirify.global’s product portfolio, increasing subscription commitments and brand loyalty.

Requirements

Must be fluent in Italian and English.
Must have the desire to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with passion and enthusiasm.
Must be proficient with hirify.global Designer or similar tools.
Must be experienced in technical content creation, technical demonstrations, and presenting technical materials.
Must possess excellent group and interpersonal communication skills.
A solid understanding of PCB Design, Data Management, and Cloud Solutions.

Nice to have

Experience with PCB Simulation & Analysis (SPICE, Signal Integrity, Power Integrity).
Multilingual is a plus.
Willingness and ability to travel with short notice.
