What you will do

• Manage Security Control Room operations and oversee external security service providers across sites.
• Implement and maintain security standards for infrastructure, including access control and video management systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to identify and implement security measures.
• Handle incident response, including analysis, escalation, and execution of security investigations.
• Develop and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for security personnel.
• Collaborate with global security teams and plan physical security awareness initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or certified vocational qualification (IHK, FSSK, or GSSK).
• Several years of professional experience in operational or tactical security operations.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies, including access control, surveillance, and IT networks.
• Fluency in German and very good command of English.
• Experience in high-tech or manufacturing environments, preferably in an international setting.

• Experience working within an international corporate setting.
• Additional advanced security-related training.
