What you will do

  • Design and execute game-centric marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and player engagement.
  • Spearhead collaborative marketing initiatives with key gaming retail and digital partners, optimizing MDF budgets.
  • Team up with EMEA marketing experts, consumer sales teams, and gaming alliance partners to weave integrated, gamer-focused marketing strategies into broader business plans.
  • Craft creative, data-driven marketing campaigns tailored for the gaming audience—think influencer partnerships, live streams, and tournament sponsorships—to drive key brand metrics.
  • Direct the social media strategy and content creation, amplifying our brand’s voice in gaming communities and fostering active engagement across platforms.
  • Monitor gaming trends, competitor activities, and the evolving digital landscape, continuously refining marketing strategies to keep our brands at the forefront of the gaming world.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on marketing or product marketing experience, preferably within the gaming or technology sector.
  • Understanding of trade, consumer, or retail/etail marketing with proven insights into the gaming market and player behavior.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen with numerical reasoning and effective budget management skills to support high-impact gaming campaigns.
  • Communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a knack for influencing key stakeholders in the gaming industry.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and executing successful digital marketing strategies, particularly within the gaming community.
