What you will do

• Lead planning, strategy, and execution of EMEA LATAM marketing plans.
• Collaborate with international GTM teams, cross-functional departments, and external partners.
• Support the senior manager in strengthening relationships within the NBA hirify.global marketing organization.
• Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
• Serve as a central point of contact for consistent alignment and clear communication across timezones.
• Manage business operations, including budget tracking, and plan and deliver events.

Requirements

• Ability to work hybrid in London, United Kingdom.
• Significant experience in marketing planning, strategy, and execution for EMEA LATAM markets.
• Strong project management skills, including timeline and deliverable tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Experience in budget management, vendor relations, and event production.
• English: B2 required.
