• Track and analyze recruitment metrics

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or HR role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with DEIA principles
