What you will do
- Partner with leadership and HR to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Proactively source and engage top talent through job boards, social media, industry networks, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Analyze industry trends and recruitment metrics to provide insights and improve talent acquisition processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare and negotiate compensation packages and extend job offers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or a High school diploma with 4 years of similar work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting for high-volume roles.
- Must be located in or able to work from Sfax, Tunisia.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to all levels of the organization.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting specifically within the Tunisian market.
- Agency or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) experience.
- Experience with ATS management, specifically Workday.
- Process improvement or project management experience.
