Location: Must be in the office 3+ days per week in our Boston (Charlestown) headquarters

What you will do

• Drive the development of robust, scalable, multi-board embedded firmware systems.
• Own the full firmware lifecycle, from concept to post-deployment updates.
• Collaborate closely with hardware and software teams.
• Drive board bring-up and validation efforts.
• Champion firmware best practices across the team.
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level firmware engineers.

Requirements

• A BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in firmware development.
• Deep expertise in embedded C and/or C++, particularly for ARM Cortex-M.
• Experience with bare-metal and RTOS-based systems.
• Strong understanding of serial communication protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
