Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco or New York; hybrid collaboration is preferred, with commercial and growth teams working from the New York office three days per week. Relocation is available.

Salary: $236,896–$299,306 base salary per year, excluding bonuses, token grants, and other benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute the fintech and crypto exchange product roadmap across integrations, SDKs, and infrastructure.
• Research enterprise customer needs around compliance, custody, and user experience, translating them into product requirements and partnerships.
• Launch and scale onchain financial products supporting yield, trading, payments, and other services.
• Collaborate with DeFi protocols, infrastructure providers, custodians, and chain operators to grow the ecosystem.
• Work with engineering, business development, design, and marketing teams to take products from concept to launch.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, consumer finance applications, or centralized crypto exchanges.
• Experience engaging enterprise partners, identifying pain points, and translating them into actionable product requirements.
• Technical fluency across custody, wallet infrastructure, and protocol integrations.
• Strong understanding of fintech mechanics such as trading, lending, payments, or exchange infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and regulations.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with onchain or DeFi products.
• Background in fintech, consumer finance applications, or centralized crypto exchanges.
