What you will do

• Lead the Fintech & Exchange Roadmap, defining product strategy for integrations and infrastructure.
• Build expertise in fintechs and exchanges to translate their needs into valuable products.
• Launch and scale onchain financial products for enterprises.
• Collaborate with DeFi protocols and ecosystem partners to drive growth.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, BD, design, and marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or crypto.
• Strong ability to engage with enterprise partners and translate needs into product requirements.
• Technical aptitude in custody and protocol integrations.
• Solid understanding of fintech product mechanics.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
