Senior Director, Product Management (Post-Purchase Experiences and Platforms) (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States

Base pay: $340,000–$375,000 per year in CA, CT, NJ, NY, and WA; $305,000–$340,000 per year in other U.S. states.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a product organization of approximately 15 product managers, including people managers.
• Define the multi-year strategy for repayments, payment management, payment success, servicing, and support for customers experiencing financial difficulty.
• Set product direction for collections, recoveries, communications, open banking, credit reporting, bankruptcy, and hardship platforms.
• Establish metrics across customer experience, payment performance, delinquency, recoveries, transaction costs, complaints, and operational efficiency.
• Balance customer outcomes, risk, compliance, and loan economics while enabling international and regulatory scale.
• Align Engineering, Analytics, Credit, Risk, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and executive leadership around product priorities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product management experience, including leadership of large teams of product managers and people managers across multiple domains.
• Deep experience in consumer fintech, lending, payments, servicing, collections, or another regulated financial environment.
• Experience defining and executing multi-year strategies across customer experiences, complex platforms, and operational capabilities.
• Strong customer, technical, analytical, risk, compliance, and business judgment.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, including senior-stakeholder influence and product-leader development.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted tools and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
