Forward Deployed Product Manager (Financial Services)

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York, NY; 4 days in person and Fridays remote. Travel to client sites as needed.

Salary: $200,000–$275,000 annual total cash compensation, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own Financial Services client relationships from discovery through production delivery.
• Translate ambiguous business goals into product requirements, workflows, success metrics, and AI evaluation criteria.
• Design and ship AI solutions for underwriting, KYC/AML, investment research, portfolio reporting, close, reconciliation, and FP&A workflows.
• Navigate mhirify.globall risk management, data governance, security reviews, audit trails, procurement, and vendor risk processes.
• Drive rollout, training, change management, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
• Build reusable playbooks, solution patterns, evaluations, and reference architectures for the Financial Services vertical.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years across product management, consulting, implementation, or operations, with a track record of shipping products with engineers and designers.
• Deep experience in banking, lending, asset or wealth management, fintech, corporate finance, accounting, or FP&A.
• Experience leading high-stakes client engagements and working with senior executives and financial services stakeholders.
• Experience delivering products through regulated environments, including compliance, security, mhirify.globall risk, and procurement processes.
• Technical fluency with LLM-based systems, engineering and architecture tradeoffs, evaluations, and acceptance criteria; SQL or rapid prototyping experience is useful.
• Strong structured thinking, communication, ownership, ambiguity tolerance, and team-oriented leadership.

• Experience shipping AI or automation into document-heavy, high-stakes workflows.
• Forward-deployed, solutions, or consulting experience with named-account responsibility.
• An existing network of Financial Services buyers and practitioners.
• Experience mentoring or managing product managers or establishing a new practice.
