Senior Product Manager for Money Movement (Fintech)

Location: Remote - NYC, New York

Annual salary: $216,000–$247,650, plus equity and a 15% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of money movement infrastructure connecting hirify.global with banking and payment networks.
• Scale systems that route billions in fiat across banking partners and payment rails.
• Design routing, failover, and orchestration logic to improve speed, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Build payment rails and APIs with major financial institutions and banking partners.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to shape standards for regulated fiat movement.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of Product Management experience.
• Technical fluency with APIs, payment integrations, banking integrations, and complex financial systems.
• Ability to work independently, structure ambiguous problems, and drive initiatives to measurable results.
• Experience using analytics to make decisions and optimize products at massive scale.
• Passion for financial inclusion and expanding access to financial services.

Nice to have

• Experience with fiat payment rails, banking partnerships, on/off ramps, stablecoin swaps or conversion, and transaction orchestration.
• Experience with stablecoins, tokenization, or digital asset infrastructure.
• Background in fintech or financial services transformation.
• Understanding of global regulatory frameworks for fiat movement and digital assets.
