Senior Product Manager, Consumer Payments (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States. Remote-first work with occasional in-person office work and an in-person onboarding experience for new hires.

Base pay: $195,000–$255,000 per year in CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT; $173,000–$233,000 per year in all other U.S. states.

What you will do

• Improve how customers make payments and create easier repayment experiences.
• Use customer research and data to identify where payment experiences break down.
• Work with Design and Analytics from discovery through launch.
• Design and run experiments to improve conversion, payment success, and cost.
• Shape safe and cost-effective payment processing while balancing performance and risk.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Design, Partnerships, and senior leaders to define strategy, sequencing, and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using experiments and customer research for product decisions.
• Ability to understand systems and discuss technical tradeoffs with engineers.
• Experience taking products from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Ability to turn ambiguous or conflicting inputs into a clear plan.
• Clear communication and influence across cross-functional teams without formal authority.

• Experience in payments, fintech, or e-commerce.
