Solutions Manager (Fintech)

Solutions Manager (Fintech): Owning the customer onboarding experience and providing product advice to ensure successful activation on the hirify.global platform with an accent on understanding customer needs and translating them into scalable solutions. Focus on gathering customer feedback, defining product strategy, and scaling the impact as the product grows.

Location: In person in San Francisco or New York City (in office by default but with flexibility to manage your schedule as you see fit).

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for customers and improve existing processes.
• Provide product advice and best practices to customers, ensuring successful activation on the hirify.global platform.
• Create and update customer resources, such as onboarding guides, videos, and templates.
• Share key customer feedback with the product and engineering teams to inform product strategy and roadmap.
• Contribute to a culture of rapid iteration and learning.
• Help customers adopt new functionality to improve their workflows.

Requirements

• Passion for Accounting & Finance, with a strong preference for CPA or full-time accounting experience.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Passionate about understanding customer needs and crafting solutions.
• Strategic Systematic Thinking: Ability to break down complex customer needs into coherent and scalable solutions.
• Problem-Solving Prowess: Expertise in deconstructing challenges and crafting effective resolutions.
• Adaptability: Thrive in dynamic environments and quickly pivot as needs evolve.

Nice to have

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• Background in treasury management or inventory accounting
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite
• Experience with multi-entity and/or multi-currency accounting
• Exposure to audit processes and internal control frameworks
• Hands-on experience with financial systems integrations or automation tools
• Ability to write and run basic SQL queries to support product or business analysis
