What you will do

• Own customer job-to-be-done end-to-end, from deep problem understanding through shipping and iteration.
• Conduct rigorous discovery to frame problems, sharpen hypotheses, and define success metrics.
• Make strategic prioritization decisions regarding current and future product roadmap.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Operations, GTM, and leadership.
• Integrate AI and emerging capabilities to drive significant product improvements.
• Act as a catalyst for velocity, ensuring features ship and iterate faster.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management or equivalent experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Must be based in NYC for on-site work.
• Strong product taste and the ability to maintain high standards for shipped work.
• Proven discovery rigor and ability to articulate hypotheses before writing specifications.
• Fluency in utilizing emerging AI tools to enhance workflow and product build.
• High agency and comfort operating in ambiguous environments without a predefined playbook.
