What you will do

• Assist with tracking and updating project statuses and deadlines in ClickUp.
• Facilitate movement of projects within the program and monitor timelines.
• Support light edits on completed content as requested by clients.
• Assist with content publishing-related tasks, including formatting and uploading content into hirify.global for client use.
• Serve as an additional point of contact for the program and handle inquiries from stakeholders in other departments.
• Perform other administrative tasks across the department as needed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communicator and able to provide timely updates.
• Strong writing and editing abilities.
• Interest in utilizing AI tools and helping us identify areas of opportunity for increased efficiency.
