Marketing Intern (Aerospace)

TL;DR

Marketing Intern (Aerospace): Supporting corporate marketing and communications for a space-based data relay constellation with an accent on event planning and content development. Focus on executing B2B campaigns, managing marketing operations, and creating sales enablement materials.

Location: Toronto, Ontario. Must be onsite 3 days per week.

Salary: $21.00-26.00 CAD hourly

What you will do

• Support marketing campaigns and day-to-day operational activities across the team.
• Assist in planning and preparing for tradeshows, conferences, and internal company events.
• Track marketing budget items, including invoices, quotes, and expenses.
• Create and update marketing materials such as social media graphics and presentations using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain brand assets, templates, and marketing libraries.
• Capture photo and short-form video content at company events.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program and returning to studies after the internship.
• Available for a full-time internship beginning September 2026 for 8 months.
• Must be based in Toronto and able to work onsite at the office 3 days per week.
• Demonstrated experience in a corporate marketing or communications environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience with photography, videography, or video editing.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, or NetSuite.
• Interest in technology, aerospace, telecommunications, or the space industry.
