Manufacturing Electrical Test Engineer (Robotics)

What you will do

• Design and validate End of Line testers for humanoid robot computing, cameras, power distribution, batteries, sensors, radio devices, and actuators.
• Review drawings, schematics, layouts, bills of materials, and other design artifacts from peers and external suppliers.
• Support End of Line system integration, test execution, and debugging.
• Specify and procure manufacturing equipment, tools, and fixtures for End of Line testers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with End of Line test station equipment, including PLCs, power supplies, electronic loads, DAQs, sensors, and pogo pins.
• Solid electrical engineering fundamentals and the ability to design interfaces and support PCBAs for test stations.
• Experience with single-phase and three-phase AC power distribution from 120VAC to 480VAC.
• Experience with CAN, Ethernet, RS-485, and other communication topologies and protocols.
• Experience with automation tools, Python, and frameworks for End of Line testers.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with Altium and electrical CAD tools such as EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical, or CATIA.
• Embedded programming experience with DSPs, microcontrollers, and FPGAs.
• Robotics or other high-tech industry experience.
