What you will do

• Drive critical analysis connecting customer behavior, financial performance, and operational data.
• Build business cases for strategic initiatives grounded in market analysis.
• Design and run experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to launch initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.
• Own communications on progress against strategy and objectives.
• Partner with P&L leaders to shape roadmap initiatives.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or internal strategy roles.
• Strong commercial instincts connecting product features with revenue.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools and strong Excel skills.
• Comfortable with data and building queries using AI tools.
• High-EQ collaborator with experience in strategic projects.
