TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Canada (preferably Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, or Atlantic Canada).
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

What you will do
- Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, commercial programs, and operational improvements.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and executive leadership to align priorities and remove roadblocks.
- Build and maintain operating mechanisms, dashboards, and project plans to track business outcomes.
- Drive accountability and operational excellence across global teams.
- Contribute to organizational transformation and implement new ways of working.
- Solve complex business problems through critical thinking and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- Experience in business operations, commercial strategy, program management, or consulting within a software or high-growth environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect operational execution to broader business goals.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize information and influence without direct authority.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and drive initiatives independently.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to bring structure to complex, loosely defined challenges.
