Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada (office attendance required 2 days per week)

What you will do

• Lead implementation projects for hirify.global Dimension, focusing on ABOR requirements for banks, asset managers, and insurers.
• Outline optimal software solutions based on customer requirements and financial processes.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure the successful delivery of implementation streams.
• Act as the primary contact and sparring partner for customers regarding software utilization.
• Mentor and instruct less experienced colleagues on the job.
• Contribute to the improvement of global best practices for implementation processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada
• 5-10 years of experience in investment and/or fund accounting functions.
• Previous experience as an Analyst or Implementation Consultant for asset managers or banks.
• Expertise in Asset Management, Back Office, or Financial Reporting.
• Degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics) or Mathematics/Applied Sciences.
• English: Excellent oral and written proficiency is required

Nice to have

• CPA, CA, or CFA qualification.
• Knowledge of accounting specifically for the insurance industry.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global Dimension.
