Regional Director, Sales (Fintech): Responsible for the profitability and success of a designated region by managing District Managers and implementing sales strategies. Location: Primarily collaborate in person across Calgary, Winnipeg, and Toronto offices.

What you will do
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and mentor District Managers, providing coaching, support, and guidance.
- Monitor regional sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve sales effectiveness and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within the region, including new locations, channels, and partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the Senior Director of Sales.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of managing and developing sales teams within a growth channel.
- 8+ years of experience with proven ability to drive sales growth, improve team performance, and manage profitability (P&L).
- 8+ years of experience in data analysis, performance management, and sales metrics.
- 7+ years of experience with excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
Nice to have
- Experience managing sales teams across multiple locations or districts within a similar industry (e.g., financial services, direct-to-consumer sales).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Network of Sales Representatives: Possesses a strong, existing network of high-performing sales representatives suitable for representing .
